    Another masterpiece from Kate and Kay, the first one was excellent and this one does not disappoint There are some truly fantastic recipes in this book and I shall greatly enjoy trying out a load of these recipes Not only do they look sublime, they are also healthy and low on calories Ideal for your overall health and diet goals if you are doing that.It is a great addition to any kitchen, encouraging you to cook from scratch rather than just throwing food into the oven from the freezer It also looks the part, a very nice cover with a lovely smooth feel The pages themselves also feel very high quality, and the pictures inside are absolutely fantasticThe first book had a few negative reviews but they were based on there being no SYN values added, but this is purely because SW change their values frequently and they can t keep amending a printed book You can also work out the values easily with the ingredients listed This book is fantastic and I strongly recommend it to anyone.Please take a second to hit the helpful button, as it really helps and makes reviewing worthwhile

    I worked out the syns for the last book so thought I d do the same for this one too But most of the recipes are syn free which I didn t realise Although a lot of them use healthy extras so I thought I d write them out so I ve got the list on my phone for writing up my healthy extras in my planner.

    What can I say I won t lie I was skeptical how could they possible top their first book How could they do just as good Well, let me tell you It s just as good, IF NOT BETTED than the first And the fact all the recipes are under 400 calories Absolute winner if you ask me I ve been doing SW since June lost 3 stone 1.5lbs and believe me, the PON books and recipes help me endlessly Massive congrats to Kate Kay on another fantastic book

    Now I love the first book, it s practically a Bible in our house Wasn t sure if the second would be able to live up to the expectations but it sure did Some fab recipes that I can t wait to start cooking So easy to follow easy to keep on track with your calories and now even easier to track your carbs.
